SM Mailer

SMTP credentials used to send all campaigns. Stored in /etc/mailer-sm.env on server.

1. Add contacts

• Click 📋 Contacts tab.
• Click + Add for one contact, OR drag a CSV file into the upload zone.
• CSV format: email,name,phone,tags — first row is header.
• Search box filters by email, name, or tags.

2. Create a campaign

• Click ✉️ Compose.
• Pick a template, OR write your own subject + HTML body.
• Use merge tags like {{name}} or {{first_name}} to personalize.
• Click Save Campaign — saves as draft.

3. Send

• Go to 📊 Campaigns.
• Find your draft → click 📤 Send.
• Confirm. Mail is sent to ALL active contacts.
• Live progress bar shows delivery status.

4. Track results

• Each campaign card shows: sent / opened / clicked counts (when available).
• Brevo dashboard shows full delivery analytics.

5. Best practices

• Don't send to all 20k at once — start with 200-500 to warm up.
• Always test first: ⚙️ Settings → Send test email to yourself.
• Subject lines < 50 chars perform better.
• Avoid words: FREE, BUY NOW, !!!, all caps — trigger spam filters.
• Send Tuesday-Thursday, 10am-2pm Malta = best open rates.

6. Troubleshooting

• Buttons not clicking? Wait — page may still be loading 20k contacts. Refresh.
• Mail bouncing? Check ⚙️ Settings → SMTP credentials.
